Welcome to The Genesee Country Antique Dealers Association (GCADA) Website. GCADA is a nonprofit membership organization that was founded in 1948 and is based in Rochester, New York. To become a member of GCADA a dealer must be recommended to the Board of Directors as a bonafide antique dealer providing antiques and/or vintage objects of the highest quality. A review of the proposed dealer includes knowledge of their antiques, presentation of their merchandise as well as their integrity as a dealer. Upon approval, the dealer is invited to become a member of GCADA which requires they agree to subscribe to our code of ethics. It is the mission of GCADA to require its members to meet a high standard of ethics and integrity in order to best serve collectors and purchasers of antique items. Members of GCADA are geographically distributed throughout western New York State, extending from Syracuse to Buffalo. . You will find dealers of our organization to be competent and able to provide education, assistance and referral for buying, selling, and appraisal of antique items. Our dealer/members are available for one-on-one searching, consultation, or just a friendly chat. GCADA sponsors educational and cultural events on antiques that are open to the public. Check the Events calendar for upcoming lectures.

The Spring Antique Show and Sale is Western New York’s Premier Antique Event. This long standing show was organized and continues to be managed by members of the Genesee Country Antique Dealers Association. Our dealers/members accumulate and collect antiques of interest to bring to this show and to offer them for sale. There is always something of special interest to be found at our antique show whether it be to add to a collection or to stimulate interest in starting a collection. Our dealers are knowledgeable and are happy to discuss antiques with you. Antiquing is a fun event to share with all generations of family and friends.
